**Account Manager - Patient Monitoring (M/F/d) - Central Switzerland

To continue shaping the future of our Patient Monitoring department, we are currently recruiting an Account Manager for the German part of Central Switzerland. In this role, you will have responsibility for the development of account plans and the implementation of sales and marketing strategies in the territory.
**A Day in the Life**
- Realize the given sales and profit targets, deliver sales forecasts, and prepare sales analyses
- Proactively support all existing customers, as well as customer acquisition. Maintain existing business, expand market share and promote system sales (conversion from competitors)
- Maintain our excellent customer contacts, develop new relationships and work on new key opinion leaders
- Present our clinical solutions to reduce perioperative and respiratory complications to clinicians, anesthesiologists, intensivists, and medical professionals
- Prepare proposals and contracts for the purchasing department of the hospitals
- Process all relevant customer and competitor information in the latest CRM system - SalesForce Lightning
- Participate in national and international exhibitions and congresses and monitor competition
- Maintain continuous education through self-study, as well as participation in internal and external training
**Must Have**:
- Relevant medical, medical technology, paramedical or technical higher education or comparable qualification
- At least 4 years of previous professional experience in sales in similar positions
- Working experience with hospitals (e.g. Sales within the hospital environment, having worked in an Operating Room etc.)
- Solid project management experience
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Valid driving licence
- High resilience, analytical assessment, and sales affinity, as well as entrepreneurial thinking
- Creative, independent, and structured way of working
**Nice to Have**
- Sales experience
- Good knowledge of French
**Other**:
- Up to 70% of travel
