Führung der Buchhaltung von einer Anlagegruppe inkl. Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschluss nach Schweizer Recht und Kollektivanlagegesetz
- Erstellung verschiedener Auswertungen und Abrechnungen (Delkredere, Eventualverbindlichkeiten, interne Kontrollreports, ad-hoc-Analysen etc.)
- Mitarbeit bei MWST-Abrechnung
- Ansprechpartner für Depotbank, Revisionsgesellschaft, Immobilienverwaltern und internen Abteilungen
- Bearbeitung und Pflege von Stammdaten
- Mitwirkung bei Projekten
- Gewährleistung der Stellvertretung innerhalb des Teams

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Eidg. Fachausweis im Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen / höherer Abschluss (FH/HF) im Bereich Accounting, Finance oder Real Estate von Vorteil
- Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung oder in der Buchhaltung von kollektiven Kapitalanlagen von Vorteil
- Gute numerische und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie engagierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit
- Stilsichere Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
