Who you are

Customer Fulfilment (CFF) is a fundamental part in making IKEA multichannel retailing a reality. To support IKEA in achieving business objectives, CFF acts as a fully integrated, process-oriented organization with an end-to-end, customer centric approach to develop our business and deliver results across functions together with our partners.
- You have a proven performance in supply chain management, specifically in customer order management, in a country or from a global organization
- Interest or experience in the field of Capacity Planning
- You bring working experience in a management position (preferable in both retail or logistics)
- You have extensive knowledge of the IKEA range dimensioning and allocation
- You have proven successful skill in leading teams, delivering both business results and people development
- You are experienced in securing the implementation of mid-term and long-term strategies and plans and set/follow up goals
- You have extensive experience in Service fulfilment operations, preferably from big organizations
- We also see it as a big advantage if you are certified in Lean Six Sigma
- You bring project management skills with you (small, mid-size projects)
- You are fluent in English written and verbal
- You are able to act within the global framework in order to achieve local/market/organization goals
- You have a collaborative mind-set: good in building relationships across the organization and having influence and personal impact by using good communication and negotiation skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Securing optimized set-up our complete network by utilizing the market specific parts of article allocation and order rules
- Striving for high performance at lowest cost and long-term profitability acting in a responsible way and thereby create a great customer experience
- Planning and fulfilment in an end to end perspective by enabling the prerequisites for excellent quality in execution
- Securing that customer get their products delivered at wished delivery address within the agreed time, the agreed quality to the lowest possible costs
