Advisory is the IT & Business Consulting of the ELCA group. We are a team of more than 50 consultants specialized in digital transformation, change management & agile coaching, business analysis, and IT project management. **In this role**: As Agile Coach you will: - By designing and implementing complex and versatile agile transformation projects you will increase the business processes, efficiency and productivity of our customers - In this context you coach different roles on different organizational levels, e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner, Release Train Engineer, Product Manager, and Leaders. - Following the principle of continuous improvement, you investigate and improve the customer's agile processes. In addition, you introduce various agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) in the organization and roll them out if necessary. - In your leadership role, you design change management initiatives and support the client in the implementation of these tasks.
