**Your role**

Are you a dynamic relationship manager who delivers an exceptional client experience? Do you have a strong track record in client advisory and sales? Are you a proven risk manager?

We’re looking for an Investment Advisor for our HNW clients to:

- create and implement a strategic client book development plan with measurable actions
- grow the book by exploiting share of wallet opportunities, referrals and conversions of prospects
- understand each client and establish long-term client partnerships
- support the Relationship Manager by leveraging the entire bank and proactively promoting multi-shoring services, such as Global Asset Management
- select advisory processes, solutions and agreements designed to meet our clients' needs, objectives and expectations
- keep accurate, up-to-date client documentation including investor profiles to meet regulatory requirements
- comply with all regulation, policies and standards, contributing to an effective risk culture

You'll be working in the Turkey HNW team in Zurich. We’re focused on managing, preserving and growing our clients’ wealth, and help our clients plan for and manage succession.

**Your expertise**
- Proven experience in relationship management, asset gathering and investments, ideally 3 years working in a client-facing role
- CFA, CAIA of advantage
- Strong commitment and passion for the Turkish market, including understanding of Turkish social and business culture
- A distinct entrepreneurial mindset, strong negotiation skills and sound understanding of client needs
- Firm grasp of global financial markets and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to build strong client networks, with an entrepreneurial mind-set
- Resilient team player and truly service oriented
- Aptitude for digitization and technology
- Excellent communication skills in English, Turkish would be an advantage
