Are you an experienced and skilled HR IS professional looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Functional Expert to join our Client HR & Finance team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead and manage IS&IT projects, improvements, and support activities, while proposing and implementing innovative solutions to meet the challenges of the organization.
To be successful in this role, you'll need a master's degree or equivalent in computer science and 5-7 years of experience in IT project management. A strong command of SAP HR and/or Success Factor is also required, as is an understanding of business issues in HR (staff data, payroll, time management, communication, etc.). Experience with setting up or using different digital solutions is a plus, and you'll need to be fluent in **French** and **English** (written and spoken).
We're looking for someone with a strong interest in technological developments in the HR field, a proactive and committed attitude, and excellent teamwork skills. If you're adaptable, able to effectively communicate with users and hierarchy, and have a strong sense of responsibility when it comes to meeting commitments and achieving set objectives, we encourage you to apply.
