**Project description**:
Our Client is one of the leading manufactures of dental and oral health products. As part of Company strategic evolution, we participate in development of new cloud platform which will combine high quality of current intellectual property Company has, with power of Cloud technologies. As part of team you will have unique chance to increase quality of dental services all over the world and work with professionals from all over the world on high loaded demanded system.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct UX Research: Plan and execute a variety of research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, expert reviews, surveys, and data analysis, to gather valuable insights into user needs and behaviors. Translate research findings into actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, UX researchers, developers, and clinical experts to integrate research insights into the design and development process. Participate in cross-functional meetings and discussions to share findings and support design decisions.

Support Research Planning: Assist in defining research goals and developing research plans that align with project objectives. Help prioritize research activities based on project needs and timelines.

Share Insights: Communicate research findings effectively through reports, presentations, and workshops. Help facilitate understanding and action based on user insights across the team.

**Skills**:
Must have

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years of experience as a UX Researcher in an industry setting, with a focus on qualitative research methods and a demonstrated ability to conduct studies and deliver insights that inform design and development.

Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Experience conducting research related to software products or digital solutions.

Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional teams including UX professionals, product/solution managers, and technical leads throughout the design process.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

Proactive and self-motivated, capable of leading complex projects and building alignment among stakeholders.

Fluency in Business English is required.

Nice to have

Experience conducting research related to hardware.

Background in B2B product design.

Proficiency in additional languages beyond English (e.g., German).

Experience in the healthcare industry.
