- Build and curate high-quality robot training datasets through hands-on teleoperation
- Rigorously evaluate the performance of trained robotic skills across a wide variety of real-world operating conditions
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to continuously improve the processes for training, evaluating, and deploying policies on our robots
- Help establish best practices for robot operation, data collection, and policy evaluation

**This is you**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Practical experience operating robots; experience with ROS2 is highly preferred
- Strong personal drive, reliability, and a demonstrated work ethic
- Comfort working within a team on fast-moving projects
- Good organizational, documentation, and communication skills
