DAS IST IHR VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH
- Du bist als Product Owner Teil eines agilen Teams und treibst unsere Data Analytics Strategie voran
- Du gestaltest das Produkt orientiert an der Vision und den Zielen durch die Erstellung und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs, unter Berücksichtigung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsaspekten, fachlicher Architektur sowie organisatorischer und technischer Realisierbarkeit.
- Du verantwortest den Product Backlog in Abstimmung und enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team und den Stakeholdern.
- Du verantwortest gemeinsam mit dem Team das fachliche Testing, die Abnahme der Features sowie die Durchführung des Roll-out für unterschiedliche Data Analytics Use Cases
- Du übernimmst die Leitung von Projekten auf dem Gebiet Data Analytics in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Spezialist*innen

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
- Höheren Ausbildung (ETH/Uni/FH) z. B. in Data Science, (Wirtschafts)-informatik oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte Erfahrung in Data Analytics
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung statistischer Methoden oder Machine Learning von Vorteil
- Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Austausch von Fachwissen und Einbringen von innovativen Ideen über Teamgrenzen hinweg
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Branchenkenntnisse und Erfahrungen als Projektleiter sind von Vorteil
