**WIR suchen zur Verstärkung des Teams an unserem Hauptsitz in Kloten einen Customer Satisfaction Agent **(per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung)

- du Telefon, E-Mail und Chat-Support liebst
- du Beschwerden & Feedback als Chance zu Verbesserungen siehst

- du eine «CAN-DO» Attitude besitzt
- du aktiv zum TEAM Erfolg beiträgst
- du deine positive Art auch auf andere übertragen kannst
- du gerne mit Menschen und für Menschen arbeitest
- du auch verkäuferische Fähigkeiten besitzt
- für dich DE, ENG & FR schriftlich wie auch mündlich keine Probleme darstellen
- du auch bereit bist an Wochenenden zu arbeiten
- du im Grossraum Zürich lebst
- die Mobilitätsbranche als Wachstumsmarkt siehst
