**PROCUREMENT PURCHASER 100%**

The Purchaser ensures that goods and services are purchased from suppliers and delivered according to the agreed terms and conditions. An important aspect of this role is the achievement of maximum value for Swatch through time and costs agreements.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Supplier scouting and sourcing.
- Negotiation to obtain the most advantageous conditions possible
- Manage and monitor the day-to-day approval processes to ensure timely completion of purchasing
- Review, update and work on different projects
- Collaborate with the team, internal departments and suppliers
- Provide assistance to the Head of Packaging & General Supplies
- Ensure the business and assistance to the team during the Head of Packaging & General Supplies absence
- Various KPI and price / volume analysis
**Profile**:
- Commercial background or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in the field of procurement
- Used to work with numbers, analytical skills
- Very good knowledge in MS-Office, mainly in Excel advanced functions
- Very good knowledge in Illustrator
- Knowledge in Material Management module in SAP would be a plus
**Professional requirements**:
You are a solution and result-oriented person and you have the ability to work well in extremely fast-paced environment with high volume projects and quick turn-around. Furthermore, you are able to handle multiple tasks and you have a strong sense of organisation. Proactive, you are self-motivating and also a team player.
**Languages**:
In addition, you possess excellent communications skills and are fluent in English, German and/or French. Italian would be a plus.
