Our team in Basel is expanding and we are now looking for a
**RELOCATION CONSULTANT**
In this role you will provide relocation support to expatriates, employed by global companies and facilitate all aspects of the settling-in process.
**Location**:
Basel - Home Office possible
**What will you do**
- ICoordinate and manage the relocation process for new arrivals
- Interact with international transferees and clients
- Assist transferees with their home search and accompany them on property viewing appointments,
- Accompany newcomers on orientation tours to help them settle in smoothly in the local area
- Support and inform the transferees on school selection and accompany them during school visits
- Coordinate third party providers
- Deliver a great customer experience leading to excellent customer satisfaction
**What will you bring**
- You are a customer oriented professional, ideally with some experience gained in the relocation industry
- Advanced written and spoken English and German
- Excellent organisation, coordination and time management skills
- Good knowledge of the housing market in Basel and surroundings
- Proactive approach, ability to prioritize and anticipate
- Valid Drivers' Licence
