Architect O365

**We are opening a position for a Technical Consultant specialized in system integration to support our client’s team based in Switzerland.** This project involves integrating the Microsoft EntraID and O365 environments of a recently acquired Maison into the client’s existing infrastructure. Due to the technical complexity and the significant number of dependent services, this role requires in-depth expertise in identity management and cloud technologies.

**Responsabilities**:

- Conduct a comprehensive survey of the acquired Maison’s EntraID and O365 environments.
- Develop detailed documentation of the source tenant setup.
- Collaborate with the client’s technical lead to identify potential challenges and critical points in the integration process.
- Propose mitigation strategies or workarounds for identified issues.
- Design a global roadmap for the EntraID integration, addressing all infrastructure layers.
- Actively participate in and execute the technical operations required for the integration.
- Ensure that the integration respects the constraints of the source environment while adhering to the client's corporate standards.
- Fluency in Italian (preferably native) and proficiency in English or French.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts related to Microsoft EntraID, O365, and IAM/SSO.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Flexibility to travel to Italy and Switzerland (up to 10%).
- Experience in complex IT system integrations, with a focus on minimizing disruption to business operations.
