As a head of department of our Hydrpower & Dams unit, you will be leading a very experienced, high qualified, multicultural, and multilingual team of engineers.

Gruner Stucky Ltd is a Swiss engineering company, part of the Swiss engineering group Gruner, specialized in the hydropower and water resources management. We are currently involved in the design, rehabilitation and supervision of several hydropower schemes including dams, hydraulic circuits, powerhouses, substations, and transmission lines. Our engineers are pushing the boundaries of the state-of-the-art knowledge and technologies to provide with our clients and the best most integrated and optimized projects.

Gruner Stucky’s Head Office is located in Lausanne, Switzerland and we have Branch Offices in Georgia, Serbia, Tajikistan and Turkey

**Job Description**:

- Acting as Key Account Manager for your clients
- Involvement in the development and execution of business plans, partnering arrangements and follow up of the Department's budget
- Involvement in the acquisition, development of offers and commercial development of projects
- Management of engineers and experts
- Technical and economic supervision of projects allocated in the department.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience in project and resources management
- Experience in negotiating and managing contracts
- Excellent client relationship with a solid professional network in Switzerland and abroad
- Senior Multidisciplinary Project Manager
- Experience in the management of large projects abroad
- Soft and human skills
- Willingness to travel for short-term missions
- Min. 10 years of experience in the hydropower sector
- Fluent in English and French. Knowledge of German is a huge advantage (at least B2 level)
