Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, ein Softwarehaus mit Start-Up-Flair, suchen wir eine/n

**Agile Coach / Scrum Master (a)**:
**Ihre neuen Aufgaben**:

- Sie treten als Coach auf, um die Zusammenarbeit so zu optimieren, dass der durch das Scrum-Team generierte Wert optimiert und maximiert wird.
- Als Scrum Master sind Sie verantwortlich für die Verbesserung und Implementierung agiler Methoden der jeweiligen Teams
- Sie sind kostant aktiv in die Projekte involviert und streben nach effizienten, zeitsparenden Erfolgen
- Mit Ihrer kommunikativen, überzeugenden Persönlichkeit bieten Sie einen absoluten langfristigen Mehrwert
- Gewährleistung und Umsetzung der verschiedenen Herausforderungen

**Das bieten Sie unserem Kunden**:

- Berufserfahrung in der Rolle als Scrum Master sowie in der Umsetzung agiler Projekte auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich der Softwareentwicklung
- Relevante Zertifikate und Weiterbildungen im agilen Umfeld, e.g. Scrum, SAFe etc. von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
