In order to reinforce the Human Resources team in Geneva we are currently recruiting for an

**HR Generalist (100%)**

The HR Generalist will provide HR operational support to employees and leaders of Jet Aviation Geneva and ensure the execution of high quality, consistent HR processes (Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management ) and administrative policies. Finally, as a member of a regional HR Team, the job incumbent might participate and collaborate on various global HR projects.

Description/Tasks:

- Accountable for all operational HR matters of a defined site and acting as the main contact person for line managers and employees
- Support and guide the line managers in all HR processes such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management,Compensation & Benefits
- Provide coaching and mentoring to all leaders in various change processes
- Grow the talent pool by hiring and retaining top talents within the defined area
- Provide customer-focused support to address all HR related issues and concerns
- Resolve employee questions, concerns and grievances
- Support employee engagement initiatives to ensure ongoing improvements
- Support the optimization of a professional, service-oriented and efficient HR management process on an constant basis
- Supports the regional HRVP to analyze, anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends
- Maintains accurate employee information, monitors and acts on global key HR metrics
- Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
- Handling all administrative procedures related to the recruitment, life cycle and orientation of new staff as well as the procedures for leaving staff (e.g. contracts, reference letters, time related administration)

Qualification/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, I/O Psychology, Labor Relations or related field from an accredited university or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a comparable function, preferably in an international environment
- Fluent in English and French (German would be beneficial)
- Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and regulations
- Good knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors- Customer focused, proactive, adaptable team player with a pragmatic way of work
- Results driven - able to execute with high personal accountability
- Convincing and engaging personality
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed team in a fast pace work environment
