The Project Planner holds an important position in the planning of orders related to electromobility projects in the E-Mobility business area in Switzerland. They coordinate and plan the provision of the necessary internal and external resources and coordinate the smooth running of the project. You report to the Head of Operations and are the main contact person for the customer during the execution of an order. You optimize customer satisfaction by meeting all commitments and requirements.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Planung, Disposition und Koordination der Aufträge und Projekte innerhalb der Schweiz.
- Effiziente Planung der Ressourcen im Projektgeschäft mit nachfolgenden Punkten: Nähe, Qualifikation, Dringlichkeit etc.
- Planen und koordinieren von unterschiedlichen vor Ort Arbeiten auf der Baustelle und bei bestehenden Kunden.
- Terminierung der Aufträge wie Transport, Montagen und Inbetriebnahmen.
- Kommunikation mit externen Planern, wertvollen Kunden, Sales, Service etc.
- Überwachung der laufenden Projekte.
- Schnelle Anpassung an veränderte Gegebenheiten, wie bspw. Störfälle, Ausfälle von Technikern, Terminverschiebung durch Kunden.
- Agieren als kompetente Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und Servicetechnikern sowie auch Sicherung der Kundenzufriedenheit und der Geschäftsergebnisse.

**Your background**:

- Completed training in the technical field (preferably in electrical engineering, e.g., electrician, electrical draftsman, automation engineer).
- Very good German and English skills are mandatory, French is a plus.
- Strong customer orientation and cooperative working style.
- Experience as well as knowledge of MS Office 365.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
