Internship - Third Party Risk Management Assistant (12 months)
Au sein de l’équipe Information Risk & Data Protection (IRDP) de la 2e Ligne de Défense, vous serez formé aux concepts et contribuerez à la gestion des analyses de risque des services de vendeurs externes en assistant le Third Party & Outsourcing Risk Manager.
VOTRE MISSION:
- Assistance au Third Party Risk Manager pour l’adoption et l'évaluation de nouveaux services, en aidant notamment à la coordination et en maintenant les registres internes;- Co-responsable du monitoring 2025 des outsourcings et du suivi avec coordination du processus, incluant divers documents à remplir, une due diligence à envoyer au fournisseur et le suivi de la revue des Subject Matter Experts;- Participation aux réunions de risk assessment;- Participation à un projet d’automatisation des process Third Party Risk Management & Outsourcing.
VOTRE PROFIL:
- Graduate (ou actuellement en cours) dans le domaine de la Sécurité Informatique, IT, Finance et/ou Gestion de Risque.- Esprit d’équipe et sens du service avec une capacité à travailler de manière indépendante.- Fortes capacités d’analyse et gestion de tâches, voir multitâches, jusqu’à l’accomplissement.- Excellente communication orale et écrite.- Appétence pour les environnements dynamiques.- Intérêt pour la gestion des risques.- Maitrise d’Excel et PowerPoint.- Bon niveau d’Anglais et Français.- Résidant en Suisse ou prêt à une localisation en Suisse.
