**What will you do?**:
We're seeking a dynamic 1:1 Marketing Manager to revolutionize our direct marketing program. This pivotal role will continue to shape the future of customer engagement, contributing to immediate sales, omni-channel strategies, and enhanced customer retention.

This role will deliver clear direct marketing strategies and plans to continue to optimise returns from BAU activities, including developing processes and WoW to transform how Target engages with its customers.

**This is a 7 month fixed term role.**

Responsibilities include:

- Work with stakeholders to plan execute and analyse direct marketing activity that grows revenue and delivers strong returns for the business
- Optimize current direct marketing activities to deliver greater frequency of engagement, category, awareness / extension and increased customer lifetime value
- Protect and enhance our customer database asset.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to integrate enhancements into business-as-usual operations, ensuring continuous improvement in direct marketing capabilities.
- Be accountable, for the Target direct marketing P&L

**What are we looking for?**:

- Proven experience in 1:1 marketing, CRM, and loyalty programs.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving revenue growth and strong returns through direct marketing initiatives.
- Expertise in developing and implementing strategies for digital direct marketing and CRM capabilities.
- Strong team leadership skills, guiding experts and specialists to execute impactful marketing activities.
- Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with cross-functional senior leaders.
