For our important Client, leader provider in ICT infrastructure and smart devices, we are looking for a

**COUNTRY TAX MANAGER**

**Job Location**Bern or Zurich

**Main Responsibilities**

Reporting directly to the CFO, **the CTM will manage tax issue on country level**, with reference to the Company's tax policies, Guidelines, process, and work instructions, **to ensure the tax compliance according to local laws/regulations**.
- To carry out tax rules interpretation by sufficiently understanding of the company business scenarios, coordinate resources to develop tax solutions and implement in the company related departments.
- Be familiar with the methodology of implementing a new tax rule in the company, including the related business solutions, accounting solutions, and tax determination solutions.
- Timely and accurate tax payment, Tax asset management, related documents management.
- To deal with tax inquiries and tax audits from external, construct project team to respond, and close them.
- To construct and optimize local tax compliance process/work instructions, including business process related and tax process related.
- Advising local entity operation from tax aspect and exploring feasibility of local incentive policy.

**Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of EU/ local country tax (especially VAT) and accounting regulations.
- At least 3 years working experience from tax and similar fields.
- Bachelor or master's degree in fiscal law/fiscal economics fields.
- CPA or Min Degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA qualification is preferred

**Basic skills**
- Business sense and entrepreneurship, hands-on mentality.
- Reliable with good capabilities to work independently as well as in team, able to learn fast and offer support to other team members
- High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks and being target oriented.
- Strong commitment, perseverance, and self-initiative.
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills both in English and Local language.

**Language Skills**
- Fluent in both **German** (Swiss German is a plus) and **English** (Written & Verbal)
