To support over a first period of 6 months the procurement team of an international engineering company, we are looking for a:
**Buyer Assistant**

**Your missions**:

- Be the main point of contact of a dedidcated list of suppliers to execute, control orders, shipping (material / services)
- Responsible to maintain accurate data/inventory in the SAP system
- Pass the orders (specifications to PR and PO) following company and purchasing / supply chain policies
- Managing inventory pro-actively
**Your profile**:

- Bachelor degree in purchasing or equivalent
- Min. 5 years experience in an industrial environment, dealing with A to Z procurement of technical materials and services worldwide
- Knowledge of SAP BTP ideal
- French and English mandatory
- Autonomous, proactive project management, internal stakeholders oriented
- Swiss or EU citizen
- Available immediately
- Temporary, long term
