If you want to impact our success story significantly, we’d love to have you as our new Head of Sales

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Leading our sales, customer success, and solution architects team of 6 people and scaling it
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue and growth targets.
- Hands-on sales activities to hit monthly revenue targets.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions, acting as an ambassador for our brand and building relationships with key stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
**What we expect from you**:

- longstanding experience in B2B enterprise sales and a strong hands-on mentality.
- Sales leadership or senior sales experience
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and partners.
- Results-driven mindset, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving company growth.
