Within the Customer Service department, our teams are responsible for stocking and shipping all spare parts, wear parts, and consumables for all UNITED MACHINING machines.
Do you have experience in logistics and team management? Join us to supervise receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities in our warehouse.

Supervise and organize teams in the Goods Receipt and Pick & Pack areas to achieve defined objectives. Check that load/capacity is optimized.

Ensure quality, reliability, and on-time delivery in logistics flows, including the management of urgent orders from our customers.

Use our management tools, particularly SAP, efficiently and appropriately.

Coordinate with internal and external partners and monitor ongoing projects within the department.

Manage inventories and ensure that quality procedures (SMQM) are applied.

Participate in the recruitment, integration, and development of employees.

Proven experience in logistics and leadership.

Organizational skills, proficiency in IT tools (SAP).

Experience in implementing logistics projects (location management, ergonomics, process improvement, etc.).

French and English.
