WHAT YOU DO The Human Resources Coordinator responds to internal and external requests related to Talent. You will be in charge of the administration, ensuring that personal data is kept up to date and that confidentiality rules are respected. You will coordinate the administrative aspects of the talent's life in the company (annual leave requests, MGS profile, absenteeism monitoring, etc.) You will be the guarantor of the Talent Experience; you will facilitate their arrival/departure by organising seasonal accommodation with our partners and our network (visits, etc.). You will provide the Talents with the necessary information and assist them with the administrative procedures related to their installation/departure (work contract, work permit, declaration to the organisations, opening of bank accounts, insurance, etc.). Champion of the Marriott Take Care programme; you will participate in the development of Wellness initiatives within the hotel; you will be a driving force behind the hotel's Wellness strategy and will coordinate its implementation. You will coordinate with the Heads of Department and the HRD the management of temporary talent with our partners; you will ensure the follow-up of selection, programming and time control. Ensure an "open door philosophy" ready to help and answer questions from Talents.
