**Role**: Procurement Lead

Are you a Procurement Specialist? If so, we want to hear from you. Reporting directly into the Global Procurement Director, you’ll head up procurement activities for our business in Switzerland and Germany. You’ll work with our local leads to analyse our current procurement and logistic strategy and identity process improvements. Promoting excellence, you’ll ensure execution in accordance with Linxon’s P&L and supply base management instruction and procedures.

**What will you do?**
- Contributes to definition, implementation, and execution of spend management and sourcing strategies for direct materials and services from locally & globally for tender & execution projects
- Supports annual targets, together with HUB P&L Manager, for cost reduction, supplier quality, supplier performance (OTD and OQD).
- Designs and implements plans for local & global sourcing to reach the business targets. Supports regional and global strategic sourcing initiatives as required.
- Applies and implements P&L standards, tools and processes in the area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost and sustainability.
- Applies standards on health, safety, environment and business ethics within operational work, contract management and negotiations

**Education / Experience Required**:

- Degree in Engineering preferred but not essential
- Minimum 10 years of experiences in Procurement & Logistics
- Extensive exposure to procurement of major items and services related to heavy construction and engineering
