Lead Governess

Responsibilities:

- Monitoring the work of nannies.
- Monitoring the educational process of children, drawing up programs and educational plans.
- Providing and monitoring methodological equipment for the educational process of children.
- Control of the ethical and aesthetic development of children.
- Health monitoring, interaction with medical services.
- Monitoring children’s nutrition according to the recommendations of a specialist.
- Interaction with school teachers and tutors.
- Monitoring progress and attendance at additional classes.
- Interaction with parents, receiving feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working as a governess or a nanny with children of a similar age
- Pedagogical education.
- Knowledge of the Russian language (native), English (good command), French welcome
- Possession of an EU passport or work permit in Switzerland.

Personal qualities:

- Good physical shape, ability to play actively in the fresh air.
- Appearance is modest and neat, without flashy details (tattoos, piercings, etc. are not allowed).
- Grammatically correct speech.
- Discipline, responsibility
- Good contact with children

Conditions:

- permanent contract
- 5.5 working / 1.5 days off per week, 48 hours per week
- Attraction to work in France, on cruises, on trips
- Accommodation at the employer's site, meals at the employer's expense (a set of products for self-cooking).
