Digital Content Trainee

Medtronic is hiring a Digital content trainee responsible for playing a key role in the transformation of the digital experience of our customers in the medical technology field.

In the role, you will be helping design engaging digital content on our digital platforms for the EMEA region.

**A Day in the Life**
- Ensure content is compliant with local governance and rules (clinical, regulatory and legal) through content review and validation processes
- Progress pages within a major global web pages project, liaising with different stakeholders and supporting content creation and approvals
- Manage localization projects

**Must Haves**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or equivalent education.
- First experience with content management systems and web platforms.
- Fluency in English.
- Creativity, along with good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functions / cross-divisions.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment as a team player.
- Ability to multitasking and prioritizing work schedules, in collaboration with remote teams.

**Nice to Haves**
- Fluency in another European language.
- First experience in UX, SEO, personalization, responsive design and development of user-friendly websites.
- Experience in collaborating with various instances as a shared service provider, following strict procedures and compliance rules.
- Ability to understand and leverage challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent in anticipation and planning, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and agility to change.
