Junior Economist

**Your team**:
Pictet Wealth Management combines more than 200 years of Swiss banking heritage with global investment expertise. The partner-owned financial services group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families, including discretionary and advisory investment solutions and family office services.

As part of the Asset Allocation & Macro Research team, you will assist the senior member of the team with everyday activities as well as being involved in various macroeconomic analysis and support tasks.

**Your role**:

- Monitoring and updating scenarios and economic forecasts.
- Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
- Writing comments/notes on economic data, central bank meetings and other news items.
- Providing information to PWM wealth managers, investment specialists and advisory.

**Your profile**:

- Master’s in Economics or Finance.
- Highly skilled user of Excel and PowerPoint. Any additional financial toolset (e.g. Refinitiv) or programming skillset (e.g. VBA, Matlab, Eviews, etc.) would be a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills.
- Fluency in English is a must; French and any other language would be an asset.
- Must be resident in Switzerland and hold a valid work permit.
