**Your role**

Are you a people person? Do you know how to stay calm under pressure?

We are looking for someone who can:

- support the Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors in their daily client business
- be the point of entry for processing client orders such as account openings and account maintenance
- assist in all administrative tasks and organizational matters in relation to client's general inquires and to their investments and operational aspects
- carry out daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting
- keep in contact with internal and external clients

**Your team**

You will be working in the Client Service Team LATAM in Zurich. We are a team of Client Account Managers covering various front desks and markets across Latin America. In this position, you will work directly with a team of Client advisors covering the Brazilian Market within the HNWI / UHNW segment.

**Your expertise**
- banking experience (apprenticeship and/ or banking traineeship) or alternatively a degree in this field
- a detail-oriented and reliable person who has experience in a similar role dealing with sophisticated private clients and supporting client advisors
- able to work under pressure and the attitude to do things right the first time
- the ability to work flexibly, accurately and efficiently as well as strong organization and communication skills
- a highly motivated team player with a sense of responsibility and the ability to easily adapt to a challenging and international environment
- fluent in Portuguese (preferably native speaker) and English both speaking and writing; knowledge of German is an advantage
