**Amentum **is seeking an** Accounting Clerk II** in **Andros Island, Bahamas** on the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) contract. The Accounting Clerk II is responsible for assisting residents and visitors of AUTEC with all aspects of their banking and accounting needs. Receives and processes payments of cash/checks/credit cards for the AUTEC Project.

**Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret security clearance. US Citizenship is required.**

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Manages cashier window and all related functions.
- Collects and records cost recoveries.
- Prepares accounts payable paperwork and payments.
- Handles data entry of daily cash activities and balances daily.
- Prepares daily deposits.
- Assists Finance Office in West Palm Beach.
- Reviews expense reports.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- One year related experience working in Accounting or Cashier environment.
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Problem solving/critical thinking.
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and passport will be required.
- Must be able to travel to and/or reside in remote location with limited medical facilities.
- **Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret security clearance. US Citizenship is required.**
