**Votre équipe**:

- La division _Real Estate & Logistics & Physical Security_ offre aux clients et aux collaborateurs du groupe Pictet une gamme étendue de services; elle gère les bâtiments du siège du Groupe à Genève ainsi que ceux des filiales, succursales et bureaux de ce dernier en Suisse et à l’étranger, et en assure la sécurité physique.
- Afin de renforcer l’équipe Management du département _Physical Security_, notre bureau de Genève recherche un/une:

- Security Manager (100%)

**Votre rôle**:

- Mission:

- Vous aurez pour mission d’assurer la sécurité physique des personnes, des biens et des installations du Groupe en Suisse et à l’étranger. Vous contribuerez à la définition, à la mise en œuvre et au suivi de la stratégie globale de la sécurité physique, en renforçant les dispositifs de prévention et de protection.
- Responsabilités:
En coordination avec l’équipe de la sécurité physique à Genève, vous assumerez, sous la responsabilité du Head of Department - Physical Security Group, les tâches suivantes:

- Participer à l’actualisation de la stratégie globale de sécurité, en collaboration avec le responsable Groupe de la sécurité physique.
- Identifier, analyser et évaluer les risques liés à la sécurité physique, et proposer des mesures de prévention adaptées, en tenant compte des différents contextes géographiques.
- Définir et mettre en œuvre des actions de sécurité spécifiques pour les collaborateurs et les sites sensibles, en collaboration avec les différents services internes et externes.
- Contribuer à l’harmonisation des politiques, procédures et protocoles de sécurité à l’échelle du Groupe.
- Développer des programmes de sensibilisation et d’information sécuritaires pour les employés.
- Superviser les audits de sécurité, recommander des améliorations et assurer la conformité avec les normes locales et internationales.
- Sélectionner les prestataires de sécurité externes et garantir la qualité des services.
- Coordonner les interventions en cas d’incident ou de crise.
- Assurer la collaboration avec les autorités locales ainsi que les partenaires internes et externes.
- Préparer des rapports réguliers sur la sécurité pour la direction.
- Participer à l’établissement et au suivi du budget du département.

**Your profile**:

- Formation supérieure.
- Complément de formations continues dans le domaine de la sécurité.
- Expérience de 8 à 10 ans à un poste similaire, axé sur la prévention des risques et la protection des biens et des personnes.
- Maîtrise de l’analyse des risques, ainsi que de la rédaction et de la mise en œuvre de procédures de sécurité.
- Expérience en audits de sécurité et en gestion de projets transversaux.
- Capacité à collaborer efficacement, à fédérer et à prendre des décisions dans un environnement exigeant.
- Résistance au stress, flexibilité et sens aigu des responsabilités.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
- Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office).
- Discrétion, intégrité et excellent sens de la communication.
- Disponibilité pour des déplacements professionnels et un service de piquet.
- Domicile en Suisse requis.
