Le département Engineering du site d'Aubonne recherche activement un.e **" Project Manager Fill & Finish " **afin d'assurer la gestion de projets capex pour le département Fill & Finish du site. **Vos Missions**: - Planifier et gérer les projets qui vous sont assignés, dans le respect des guidelines et standards Merck (y compris processus projet Aubonne), les règles EHS, qualité, le planning, ainsi que le budget alloué. - Piloter les études nécessaires à la planification du projet (conceptual, basic & detailed design) - Gérer de manière matricielle l'ensemble des ressources (internes et externes) impliquées et/ou assignées aux projets sous votre responsabilité - Responsable de la bonne exécution des travaux par les fournisseurs, dans le respect des règles applicables en matière d'EHS - Coordonner les activités de commissioning et de qualification des projets sous votre responsabilité - Assurer un reporting régulier de l'avancement des projets auprès du management **Formation & Expérience Professionnelle** - Formation de type ingénieur ou équivalent - Formation de type PMP et expérience confirmée en gestion de projet de minimum 5 années - Expérience professionnelle confirmée de minimum 5 années dans le domaine de l'industrie pharmaceutique, et du remplissage aseptique sous isolateur - Bonnes connaissances des exigences réglementaires qualité dans le domaine concerné - Capacité démontrée à coordonner des activités multiples et complexes dans une environnement dynamique - Solides compétences interpersonnelles et capacité d'interagir de manière constructive avec toutes les parties prenantes dans un environnement d'organisation matricielle - Autonome, organisé, rigoureux, curieux et pragmatique - Français et anglais courant **What we offer**:We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
