With the mission of creating a home where all brands (including our own) are safe, the Information Security Office never misses a chance to be the trusted partner for internal and external stakeholders. Security, pragmatism and user friendliness are our guiding principles. Outside of work, we’re gamers, avid bookworms and kickboxers.

**Your mission**

We're looking for a motivated graduate to join our Information Security Governance team. In this role, you’ll support our customer assurance efforts by helping our customers understand and trust our security practices by responding to security assessments, questionnaires, and audits. At the same time, you’ll contribute to the broader governance program by helping us maintain our certifications, track compliance, and improve our internal controls.

**Your responsibilities**:
- You’ll support the team in responding to customer security requests, starting with helping review questionnaires and documentation, and growing into more direct customer communication over time.
- You’ll assist in promoting security awareness across the company, whether through trainings, newsletters, or campaigns.
- You’ll assist in keeping our security certifications (like ISO 27001) up to date by helping with documentation, organizing evidence, and collaborating with various departments to meet our industry standards.
- You’ll participate in team initiatives, and bring a fresh perspective to how we do things.As you grow in the role, your responsibilities will expand alongside your skills. This is a role designed for people who are eager to learn new things, enjoy a challenge, and like working with others to make information security feel approachable, relevant, and part of our company culture—not just a checklist.

**Your story**:
- You're comfortable working in a hybrid setup, spending 1-2 days per week in our St. Gallen office.
- You’re a recent graduate or entry-level professional, and eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in information security.
- You're motivated, and personable, with a natural ability to connect with others.
- You’re a clear communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- You’re curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions or propose solutions.
- You’re a solution-oriented person. Instead of getting stuck on problems, you look for ways to solve them.
- You’re proficient in English (C2), German is a plus.
