Optotune & NextLens is a strongly growing and internationally active optics company based in Dietikon, Switzerland. We develop, manufacture and market the latest generation of adaptive optical elements for industrial (Optotune) and consumer markets (NextLens).

Tasks
- Define the marketing & communication strategy (positioning, values, personas) in cooperation with management and the M&S team
- Plan, organize and co-create targeted and engaging content for all channels
- Close collaboration with product managers to plan and produce product marketing content
- Manage in house and external graphic designers
- Build up a network of publishers
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
- Bring company website to a scalable platform incl. database for products
- Organize trade shows and events
- Manage the marketing budget

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor / Master with focus on marketing, communication or business
- Several years of professional experience in marketing communications and brand & content management
- Leadership / Management experience
- Experience in industrial B2B companies
- Experience in working with marketing agencies & creating design briefs
- Proficiency in online marketing, including social media, and content marketing
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite advantageous
- Independent, entrepreneurial work, as well as strategic work and pragmatic implementation skills
- Strong organizational skills, creativity and customer understanding
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a professional appearance
- Excellent knowledge of English, German is advantageous
