Located at the foot of the Swiss Alps and directly on Lake Lucerne, the Chenot Palace in Weggis has 97 rooms and suites, a restaurant and a tea lounge. The medical spa covers an area of 5,000m² and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to support the Chenot Detox programmes.

It is a pleasure to welcoming you as a new member of our young, dynamic and international team and are looking for a **Massage Therapist** (M/F):

- Adheres to Chenot policies, standards and procedures
- Performs all treatments on services menu that meet the established guidelines for the type of service offering and that fulfil guest expectations
- Maintains the highest level of product knowledge and has complete knowledge of all spa service and cosmetic products presently offered
- Understands the ingredients and compositions in products and can explain their benefits to guests. Answers guests’ questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner
- Suggests to guests other beneficial treatments offered in the spa, according to guidelines provided during training and Recommends products for home use
- Works assigned schedule and arrives and departs from their shift on time
- Ensures that work areas are clean and set according to procedures
- Check guest’s notes, preferences and comments and maintains guest profile updated with new relevant information at all time
- Completes all assigned side work
- Attends all scheduled meetings and professional trainings
- Very good knowledge of English. Russian or French knowledge are considered as a plus.
- Previous experience as massage/body work therapist as well as manicure & pedicure preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in 5-star hotels
- Must be able to build professional connection with guest
- Ability to explain various treatments/services to guests
- Excellent customer service skills and work ethic
- Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational
- Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
- Good verbal skills
- Strong team player
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Availability for working on rotating shift: this will include weekends and holidays
- Flexibility when short-notice roster changes will occur due to operational needs
- Ability to stand for long periods
