Global HR Business Partner

Overview: Pensum: 80-100% Location: Fällanden (CH) Devision: Human Resources Starting date: by agreement **Responsibilities**: The global HR Business Partner (with staff responsibility) is the strategic HR partner of the divisional/ functional lead and its business managers. He/she is responsible for the implementation of the HR strategy and initiatives to accelerate the divisional/ functional business strategy by delivering HR excellence in recruiting, learning & development, leadership and enhancing workforce retention. **HR BUSINESS PARTNER: MANAGING THE DIVISIONAL OR FUNCTIONAL ORGANIZATION** - Collaborate and align with divisional lead and managers to develop the divisional or functional HR agenda and strategy. - Implement HR initiatives and processes aligned with the divisional goals and objectives. - Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, leadership development and organizational design. - Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on employee relations matters such as performance management, conflict resolution etc. - Identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment and selection strategies. - Develop retention strategies and initiatives to attract and retain top talent. - Support managers in implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. - Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify divisional specific training options and design development programs that enhance employee skills and competencies. - Facilitate training sessions on HR-related topics and promote a continuous learning culture. - Provide guidance on compensation & benefits matters such as salary administration, incentive programs, and benefits enrolment. - Utilize HR metrics and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives based on existing stuff from the HR Analytics team. - Generate reports and provide insights to the divisional or functional lead on HR-related trends, challenges, and opportunities. **LEADING PEOPLE AS COUNTRY MANAGER** - Contact person for local content-related specifics which cannot be solved via topic-leads - Contact person for personal concerns of local people - Responsible for local team building - Responsible for conducting local audits Qualifications: - Master´s Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administrations, or a related field - 3-5 years proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role - Solid understanding of talent management, performance management and employee engagement strategies - Strong knowledge of HR practices and employments laws - Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to influence and provide strategic advice to senior leaders - Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently - Fluent in German and English both writing and speaking - Being familiar with SAP Success Factors **What we offer** - Future-oriented and diverse company with modern workplaces - Free parking garage on the company premises - Cost absorption of the SBB Half-Fare Card - Good social benefits and insurance - Diverse opportunities for further development in Switzerland and globally - Promotion of health and sports with various initiatives and an in-house fitness studio for free - Work location with local recreation area (Greifensee) - Our staff restaurant "Food Spin" with freshly prepared menus and buffet every day
