If so, the Business Management team located in Zurich-Oerlikon is currently seeking for your talent as Business Manager Applications, with a Product Owner role, either immediately or by mutual agreement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Working closely with stakeholders, including customers, project managers, product owners, legal, security, and compliance teams, and internal teams.-
- Analyzing business processes, developing concepts, and supporting the implementation of complex solutions.-
- Gathering and documenting requirements in an agile product environment as well as traditional waterfall methods.-
- Breaking down features into user stories with necessary acceptance criteria and supplementing user stories with functional and non-functional requirements.-
- Supporting the enabling team with knowledge transfer and actively participating in agile events.-
- Executing acceptance testing for user stories/features.-
- Providing operational support on regular basis including maintenance, deprecation and onboarding.-
- Supporting the creation/validation of prototypes or proof of concept and facilitating workshops by preparing, moderating, and following up on them.**Profile**:
- You have a technical degree and professional experience in the banking/financial sector.-
- You have several years (2+ years) of experience as a Requirements Engineer.-
- You are familiar with agile development methods such as SAFe or Scrum but not shy to use traditional waterfall when applicable.-
- You are a user of JIRA and Confluence or willing to learn.You enjoy delving into a new topic, creating technical concepts, and moderating workshops as well as not shy away from testing.-
- As the pivot between business and development, you are experienced in preparing content that is tailored to the target audience and enjoy the regular change of perspective.-
- With your structured and analytical approach, you bring order to any chaos.-
