**Vacancy**:Global HR-Business Partner (f/m/x)**:

- We are looking for a Global HR-Business Partner (f/m/x) for our client based in greater Zurich Area. For this position, the employee in question will work directly for our client. The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant.

**Your Responsibilities as** **Global HR-Business Partner (f/m/x)**
- Partnering closely with the HR Executive and the respective senior business leaders to provide a people strategic partnership
- Bridge between the Business and local/ regional HR Managers, HR or joint HR/Finance/Admin operations, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits and Global Mobility.
- You act as a true strategic partner which goes beyond consultation and coaching, as you share the responsibility for the goals and targets we deliver.
- You are the driving force behind the creation and implementation of our people strategy that is scalable within the business and compatible across the company.
- Most importantly, you drive talent outcomes aligned with and enabling our business strategy.
- You work with leaders to ensures our culture engages employees and evolves as we build our future business.
- You ensure line managers and employees understand the HR model and organization and can quickly and efficiently access solutions.

**Your Qualification and Skills**
- Commercial apprenticeship (KV) plus higher HR diploma (Eidgenössischer Fachausweis) or bachelor's degree;
- Proven track record as global or regional HR Business Partner of C-level clients, preferably in global organizations
- Strong leadership and business acumen, including the ability to influence and drive results within a global matrix
- Open-minded with the ability to adapt to changing and dynamic business environments and strong project & change management skills
- Ability to build engagement & commitment
- Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
- Flexibility to travel more than 40%
