We are looking for a passionate **Global** **Marketing Trainee **to join our energetic in-house marketing team in the heart of Zurich, Switzerland. Here at EF High School Exchange Year, we are a team of problem-solvers, relationship-builders, and innovators who are constantly thinking about how we can improve our program experience, respond to both micro and macro-level business challenges, and evolve to stay relevant to our global audiences.

As an integral part of this truly global team, you’ll be based in our Zurich headquarters and report to the Senior Global Marketing Manager. You will work to support marketing projects for central initiatives and for our recruitment markets worldwide. You will coordinate incoming marketing requests as well as jump into a diverse range of projects as needed. You will learn from our team of marketing managers and our creative team to grow your knowledge and experience in the world of marketing.

**What you’ll do**:

- Provide tailored marketing support to international recruitment teams throughout Europe, Asia, and the USA across all marketing channels
- Coordinate translation projects
- Manage relationships with vendors
- Contribute to the conceptualization of re-engagement and conversion campaigns across multiple markets and channels
- Work closely with our in-house creative team to assure brand-aligned content and deliver marketing materials

**Who you are**:
**Qualifications**:

- A degree related to the field of Marketing or Communication
- 0-2 years of work experience in a similar role
- You are a team player who understands the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication across a global organization

**Requirements**:

- Eligibility for a Swiss work permit
- Proficient English skills (working language is English), other European languages a plus
