As Automation Expert BioAtrium you are involved in the planning and engineering phase of Mammalian Large Scale production. You will be responsible for the introduction of the conditions and specifications of automation for all related production campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

- Already in the planning and engineering phase, introduce the conditions and specifications for a successful implementation of a project / production campaign to the responsible departments
- Create Picassos for Cleaning In Place /Sterilization In Place and special procedures and define equipment control modules according to Piping & Instrumentation Diagram.
- Create, modify and constantly improve process recipes with the softwares MES SYNC / DeltaV in compliance with the safety, hygiene, environmental and quality requirements
- Responsibility for all Equipment Tracking related set-ups and changes according to the provided requirements by Operations
- Can be contacted in exceptional cases (i.e. imminent production downtime, security, etc.) outside of normal working hours (response times)

Key requirements:

- Completed studies or apprenticeship in the fields of biotechnology, chemistry, chemical engineering, biopharmaceutical science or similar field
- Very good understanding and experience in writing recipes in MES SYNC and/or DeltaV
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in GMP environment
- English business fluent, German beginner level or higher, willing to learn
- Recognizes risks in relation to security or compliance / GMP, discusses them and helps to rectify them
- Structured, solution-oriented, focused and well organized work ethic, recognizes operational optimization potential
