**Join Our Operations Team as a Trainee**
- As a **Transportation Trainee**, you will assist Transportation Specialists in preparing and executing tours throughout the season, ensuring an exceptional on-tour experience for our travelers. You’ll collaborate closely with business partners such as transportation companies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide daily support to Transportation Specialists, including supplier confirmations, updates, and special requests.
- Secure bookings with our business partners.
- Settle accounts with suppliers and support the accounts payable process.
- Research and identify potential new business partners.
- Follow up on quality control actions confirmed by the Transportation Specialists.
- Offer on-tour support to both Tour Directors and business partners.
- Collaborate with our Market Development team in the United States to improve logistics and develop itineraries.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and Italian required, and a combination of French, German, Spanish and any other languages advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in business, economics, or tourism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-driven, flexible, and a quick learner with proven problem-solving abilities.
- Enjoys working with numbers and is proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Similar work experience is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze and question processes, thinking outside the box to improve them.

**This is a paid traineeship with a salary of CHF 40,000 per year.**
