- Proven experience in leading, facilitating, designing, and executing IS communications.

- Experience in identifying and implementing process development maturity models.
- The ability to leverage data to drive improvements, including the development and tracking of KPIs.
- A strong commitment to promoting and leading programs that ensure project compliance and adherence to standards.
