**Freelancer - Manager Data Transformation Project**:

- Manage resources and make strategic decisions to drive the successful planning, execution and reporting of software development releases.

**Your contribution to KPMG**

Play a key role in a large-scale client engagement primarily related to strategic data transformation in a world-wide program

Lead a team of up to 7 FTEs, understand the bigger picture, prioritize and distribute tasks, manage progress against a strict timeline and ensure successful delivery

Take on a management role and drive topics forward by breaking down goals into multiple digestible steps

Make strategic decisions in defining release scope and approach

Support the project leadership in taking ownership of key areas of the release management process

**This is what makes you successful**

Bachelor's or Master's degree and strong academic record in any STEM field

At least 4-6 years of experience preferably in consulting or software development.

Profound knowledge and understanding of technology-related aspects. Experience with regards to release management and testing activities

Proven management experience and ability to have oversight of complex processes are mandatory requirements

Ability to communicate complex processes effectively in English is a mandatory requirement
