Client Services Precious Metals Representative

**We are looking for a Client Services Precious Metals Representative with a focus on customer care, who is passionate about service excellence and interested in the precious metals sector. The role involves supporting clients with their precious metal investments and ensuring administrative operations, including safe deposit services. This is a diverse role, requiring strong organizational skills and an ability to handle customer-facing tasks alongside administrative duties.** **Key Responsibilities**: - Provide exceptional customer service to retail and professional clients, guiding them in their precious metal investments. - Assist with opening and maintaining customer accounts, including safe deposit box rentals and custody services for storing valuables. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including HNWI, wealth managers, and family offices. - Ensure compliance with AML policies and manage the required documentation for onboarding new clients. - Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as account management, contract processing, billing, and general office duties. - Support the management with organizational tasks and assist in business development activities, including marketing and networking. - **Education**: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, or equivalent. - **Experience**: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the financial sector in Switzerland. - **Skills**: Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive, team-oriented, and capable of working independently. - **Languages**: Fluent in French and English. German is an Asset - Knowledge or interest in precious metals or the investment sector is a plus but not required. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude.
