**Project Manager ERP (w/m/d)**

Ihre Aufgabe als Project Manager ist es, gemeinsam mit unserer Kundschaft aus dem international ausgerichteten Mittelstand unsere ERP-Standardsoftware IFS Applications und IFS Cloud einzuführen. Dabei übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für Termine und Budget sowie Qualität und Ressourcen in unseren Kundenprojekten. **IHR AUFGABENGEBIET**:

- Koordination, Planung und Controlling von ERP-Projekten mit IFS Applications und IFS Cloud für unsere Kundschaft mit zumeist internationaler Ausrichtung in den Branchen diskrete Fertigung, Prozessfertigung sowie projekt
- und serviceorientierte Unternehmen
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner unserer Kundschaft bei allen Fragenstellungen zum Projekt
- Sicherstellung unserer bewährten Projekteinführungsmethodik
- Begleitung der Firmen während des Einführungsprojektes und im Livebetrieb
- Führung des Projektteams
- Durchführung der Projektarbeiten bei Firmen vor Ort und remote nach Vertragsabschluss
- Bei Bedarf Unterstützung im Verkaufsprozess

**UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Software als Project Manager, Solution Architect oder Senior Consultant (mit z.B. IFS Applications, SAP, Infor, Navision, Dynamics, Oracle, Sage, proALPHA etc.)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von Projektmanagementmethoden und -instrumenten
- Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Führungspersönlichkeit mit einem hohen Mass an Kundenorientierung und Einfühlungsvermögen
- Sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden, auch auf Management-Ebene
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Arbeiten im Team
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Eigenmotivation, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität
- Eine der Tätigkeit übliche Reisebereitschaft setzen wir ebenso voraus, wie gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
