**Medical Education Content Creator**

**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a **versatile and scientifically minded Medical Education Content Creator** to join our Global Medical Education team. This role blends **creative storytelling, scientific understanding, and visual communication** to transform complex medical information into impactful educational content.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Scientific Content Creation & Visualization**:

- Create **engaging, clear, and accurate visual materials** (illustrations, diagrams, infographics, animations, slide decks, learning modules) to support medical education.
- Translate complex scientific concepts into **compelling and pedagogically sound content** for HCPs and internal teams.
- Stay up to date on **visual design trends, digital learning formats**, and audience engagement techniques.

**Campaign & Event Content Support**:

- Develop content for **product launches,**global** campaigns, and**international**congresses**, including scientific presentations and visual storytelling assets.
- Deliver under tight deadlines in high-pressure environments, while maintaining accuracy and creativity.

**Educational Content Development**:

- Collaborate with medical and marketing teams to design content for **HCP**learning, Sales**and KOL**training.**:

- Ensure scientific clarity, marketing messaging and brand consistency across all educational formats and platforms.
- Support the **dissemination** of content across**global** markets**.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with **Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Digital, and R&D** to align visual content for global educational needs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews to continuously improve messaging and delivery.

**Your profile**:

- Academic background in **Biomedical Sciences, Medical Illustration, Scientific Visualization**/Communication**, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating scientific or medical education content with strong **visual communication and storytelling skills**.
- Native-level proficiency or fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
- **Expertise in PowerPoint** as a primary content creation tool.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Strong grasp of **graphic design principles**, layout, and branding across digital and print formats.
- Familiarity with the **MLR review process** or willingness to be trained.
- Excellent understanding of **human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology**.
- Ability to manage **multiple projects in fast-paced,**dynamic** situations** with an agile mindset**.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the **aesthetics, medtech, or pharmaceutical industry**is a plus.
- Familiarity with **3D tools (e.g., Blender)** or interactive learning software (e.g., Articulate 360, iSpring) is a plus.
- Understanding of **regulatory and compliance frameworks** in medical content creation is a plus.
- Background in **UX/UI design**, digital learning, or pedagogical approaches is a plus.
