Leitung von bereichsübergreifenden Projekten an unserem Hauptstandort Dierikon
- Roll out von Lean Konzepten in allen Operations und Procurement Teams
- Erstellen und Einführung von Produktionssystem gemäss TPS
- Change Management Leader für unsere Prozessoptimierungen und Digitalisierungen der Zukunft
- Entwickeln der Lean Prozesse und Fähigkeit durch Einbringen der Lean Methodik in Schlüsselprozesse und -produkte
- Beraten und Trainieren der Linie im Thema Lean, damit sie dieses Wissen selber in ihren Teams anwenden können
- Mitglied des Kernteams in globalen Lean Communities
**Profil**
- Bachelor Abschluss Engineering, optional zusätzlich Business Administration oder gleichwertig
- Lean Expert analog Toyota Production System
- über 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Industrie oder als Senior Lean Experte in der Herstellung von Industriegütern (Toyota Production System)
- Shingo & Lean Senior Experte oder Six Sigma Black Belt oder gleichwertig
- Constraint Management (ToC)
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse, mündlich, schriftlich
