ERP is all about helping businesses simplify complexity and thrive in the digital age. You’ll be solving your client’s challenges and turning their needs into goals and solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Working as part of the ERP team you’ll collect information, analyze requirements and solve problems, providing technical and operational support.
**What you’ll do**:
- You will handle 2nd/3rd-level support for customer projects.
- You will assist our customers with questions regarding the customer-specific configuration of their Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 solution, particularly in the finance area (remotely).
- Your tasks will include support and error analysis for company-specific Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 implementations and associated systems.
- Additionally, you will conceptually prepare extensions and deliver them to the customer after implementation.
Skills and experiences
- You have several years of experience in a similar position, with corresponding process know-how and understanding of value flows in this environment.
- You have solid knowledge of business processes.
- You know Microsoft Dynamics AX/365, especially in the finance area.
- You enjoy working with people and excel in service-oriented thinking and acting.
- Your structured and solution-oriented approach allows you to keep a cool head even in demanding situations.
- You are fluent in German and English, French is a plus.
