**This position reports to**:
Production Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Drives the implementation and further development of lean manufacturing and logistics in the unit
- Promoter of lean culture in the unit
- Consultant and sparring partner in lean manufacturing for the production manager
- Implements and further develops shop floor management
- Monitors the shop floor management performance and defines together with the lean production developer further development steps
- Executes trainings and workshops to further develop the lean culture
- Manages the lean production team
- Development of production processes, feasibility studies and production concepts
- Continuous improvement of production
- and logistic processes
- Controlling of production processes including key figures
- Leading the team of process engineers

**Your background**:

- University degree in a technical field
- Knowledge of business administration, project
- and process management
- Very good knowledge of German and good command of English
- Independent working methods and assertiveness
- Enthusiastic personality with strong communication skills
- SAP experience (modules PP, MM)
- Pronounced flexibility and readiness for occasional business trips abroad
- Able to take over leadership, team with employees
