To supplement our IT crew, we are looking for an ICT Supporter and System Administrator 80 - 100% (a) with immediate effect or by appointment.

As the central IT contact and provider of cloud services for SMEs, we guarantee both the operation and maintenance, as well as the new and further development of IT systems.

**your new job**:

- First point of contact for our customers for user questions and IT problems (first level support)
- On-site installations and support for new and long-standing eqipe customers
- Customer advice and evaluation of hardware and software purchases (Mac/PC, monitors and other peripherals)
- Preparation and delivery of new client devices (Windows, macOS)
- Maintenance work and system checks on various server and network environments
- Participation in the implementation of installation and migration projects
- Creation and maintenance of system documentation and manuals

**You bring that with you**:

- Completed basic ICT training EFZ: computer scientist, ICT specialist (or equivalent)
- Very good knowledge of German and good English
- You enjoy personal customer contact
- Professional experience in IT support, ideally for external customers with different infrastructures.
- You are familiar with Microsoft client and server solutions and you can also find your way around the macOS system settings.
- Enthusiasm for technology, computer science and open source and you have no fear of contact with server and network hardware.
- You are independent, proactive and willing to tackle things yourself.
- Analytical thinking suits you and you have a structured and customer-oriented way of working.
- You are quick on the uptake and willing to learn new things.
